word and deed.

Orthodoxy (right thinking) is just as important as orthopraxy (right actions). If you are resting on false hope, you will be disappointed. “But you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” Come to Jesus alone, yes, seek to know Jesus…but be willing to allow him to change your wrong thinking, even down the dearest fear of your heart. If you allow this, he may not always feel safe. But he is impeccably trustworthy and unfailingly good.

Let right thinking about God fill your heart with love for him, and let that love inform your living.

I am attempting to capture the events, non-events, and thoughts about each, as they occur in the increasing busy-ness of life. As my professors always said "You might want to write this down." Who knows what could turn out to be important?

What do you think?
